Service Description
Experience our Speed & Conditioning session, inspired by Bay Bay McClinton’s program and designed to push your limits on the dynamic terrains of Montjuïc and Parc del Industrial. This four-week training course, held on Monday afternoons, is your gateway to explosive speed, enhanced agility, and superior endurance. What to Expect: Location: An email will be sent to you once you book your spot with an exact location. Montjuic area. Sprint Drills: Utilize open spaces and stairs for explosive acceleration. Plyometric Workouts: Use steps for dynamic jumps and power development. Agility & Footwork Drills: Improve precision and reaction times. High-Intensity Intervals: Boost endurance and overall athletic performance. Strength & Speed Challenges: Break through performance barriers with targeted exercises. Training Schedule: Four-Session Commitment: Attend all four Monday sessions to complete the course. Cancellation Policy
At Top Impact Group, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized training. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following policies apply to all one-on-one training sessions. 1. Booking & Payment All training sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our website. Payment secures your session time and guarantees gym rental availability. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations are only allowed up to 7 days before the scheduled session. After this deadline, cancellations are not permitted. If you need to cancel within the 7-day window, you may reschedule your session within the next 3 months, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for cancellations unless there is a dire, documented circumstance (e.g., medical emergencies or unavoidable personal situations). These cases will be reviewed individually. If you fail to attend your session without prior notice (no-show), your payment will be forfeited, and rescheduling will not be allowed. 3. Late Arrivals Clients must arrive on time for their session. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in a shortened session, with no refund or rescheduling provided. If you know you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible. 4. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the session start time. Sessions must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original booking. Rescheduling multiple times may be subject to additional fees. 5. Health & Safety Clients must notify the trainer of any existing injuries or health conditions before the session begins. If a client appears unwell or unable to train safely, the session may be postponed at the trainer’s discretion. By booking a one-on-one training session with TIG, you agree to these terms. Our policies ensure fairness and allow us to provide the best possible training experience. Thank you for your cooperation!
